Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We have a 10-day return policy on DAMAGED products only, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only and must be approved. Unfortunately orders CAN NOT be cancelled or changed/modified once they are checked out. If you are have any questions in regards to a specific product, please contact our customer service department before making a purchase at luleezsdesigns@yahoo.com M-F 8am-4pm. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need pictures of the product and the packaging it arrived in if the product was damaged during shipping. If your order is cancelled after processing is complete, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be approved and if eligible, they must be postmarked within 7 days of the approval email, no exceptions. All of my products ship for free, so there will be a deduction of the shipping cost (original and return) from your store credit. 
  • Items purchased using any amount of store credit is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Please check order history to review order. Orders purchased with store credit from a previous return are final sale.
  • All preorders (preorders are special made to order items) & sale of the day are FINAL SALE
  • At times I may post items that have flaws, also known as dents and dings. These items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible to be returned.  
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE. (ie hair accessories and earrings)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our best to inspect each product that leaves us, and if a product arrives damaged, we apologize from the bottom of our hearts. Do not open your pack with sharp objects. (ie scissors, razor blades or box cutters)


Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be given store credit on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at luleezsdesigns@yahoo.com.
